Its scope encompasses a wide array of topics, including sustainable engineering and green technologies, advanced materials and nanotechnology, artificial intelligence and machine learning, smart cities and infrastructure, robotics and automation, biomedical engineering and biotechnology, cybersecurity and information systems, aerospace and mechanical engineering, water resources and hydropower engineering, and advanced computational methods. Additionally, the congress will explore ethics, policy frameworks, and future trends in engineering. With contributions from academia, research institutions, and industry, the congress aims to share case studies, research findings, and innovative solutions that drive the advancement of engineering and science for the benefit of society.
Indexing
- All accepted manuscripts will be published in IOP Publishing; Journal of Physics: Conference Series (JPCS) OR Earth and Environmental Science (EES); provides volume data to the abstracting and indexing providers on publication.
- All accepted manuscripts will be abstracted and indexed in Scopus.
- All papers are submitted for evaluation for indexing in Web of Science (CPCI). Web of Science assesses all submitted volumes against their own quality criteria.

People who apply to participate in an event must first be registered in the system and then activate their account at which point they can complete the registration form. To send a paper, the author must first register, then activate his or her account, and finally, submit an abstract or full paper. It goes without saying that registration and submission for a particular conference will be open during a pre-determined time span, which is defined for the conference. Details of the registration process are as follows:
- Join the conference system.
- Complete the registration process.
- Complete reregistration for as an attendee or,
- Submit a paper.
Paper Submission Guides:
The technical paper minimum page is 3 pages and the maximum length 6 pages including text, and figures. Two maximum extra pages are allowed according with extra fees according to the track and reviewers’ comments. The paper title can have a maximum length of 150 characters. The prompt for the paper abstract is Abstract. Abstracts can have between 20 and 250 words.
Author guidelines for conference proceedings
IOP Conference Series uses author-supplied PDFs for all online and print publication. Authors must prepare their papers using Microsoft Word or LaTeX, according to the guidelines and templates, and then convert these files to PDF. It is important to ensure that when you submit your paper, it is in its final form ready for publication, and has been thoroughly proofread. IOP do not copy edit or reformat papers and will not send out author proofs prior to publication. Post-publication changes are not permitted, so please ensure that your paper has been checked for errors. By submitting a paper an author and all co-authors are assumed to agree with the terms of the IOP Proceedings Licence. As a summary, please ensure the following:
- Paper size is European A4.
- Margins are 4cm (top), 2.5cm (left and right) and 2.7cm (bottom).
- The paper includes the author name and affiliation (full address including country).
General Submission Information
Only electronic submissions will be accepted. Please note that a paper may be excluded from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from proceeding and not submitted to IOP) if the paper is not presented at the conference.
Guide for Authors
- The article must be original (it has not been published in the same form elsewhere).
- Authors must prepare their papers IOP FORMAT style, using Microsoft Word, according to the guidelines and templates of IOP, and ensure that your paper has been checked for errors.
- Eliminate author names, contact information, and affiliations from the title and anywhere else; then convert this file to PDF.
- Authors must submit two forms of paper via web site; one using Microsoft Word and the other in PDF as in 3 above (i.e. without author names, contact information, and affiliations).
- Authors must ensure that the plagiarism checking for similarity is less than 30%.
- Authors and all co-authors agree the terms of the IOP Conference Series copyright and permissions.
- Authors or co-authors must download the COPYRIGHT FORM to fill, sign and save it with your paper number, then resend it again.
- Authors are responsible for any consequences of violating the IOP publishing instructions and any incompliance will lead to exclude the paper from publication under IOP.
Double Blind Review
The conference has a double-blind review policy for all submissions. This policy preserves the anonymity of both judges and authors during the reviewing process, which helps to eliminate any perceptions of bias or favoritism. Several guidelines have been provided by the organizing committee to assist authors in editing their manuscripts in preparation for a double-blind review. Examples of these guidelines can be summarized as:
- Use the third person to refer to the author’s own work;
- Depersonalize the work by using anonymous text where necessary;
- Remove references to patents filed by authors or their institutions.
Paper Selection Criteria
Papers are reviewed by the Technical Program committee. The selection criteria will be:
- Originality: Is the contribution unique and significant? Are proper references to previous work by the authors and others provided?
- Clarity: Is the paper contribution and technical content presented with clarity? Are the writing and accompanying figures clear and understandable?
- Quantitative content: Does the paper comprehensively describe the work with adequate supporting data?
Templates
Authors must prepare their papers using our Microsoft Word templates, and then convert these to PDF format for submission:
