International Conference on Science and English Language Learning (ICSELL 2025)
Aim:
The inaugural International Conference on Science and English Language Learning (ICSELL), taking place from 3 to 5 November 2025, will explore the theme โFuture of Learning.โ This exciting event, organised by the Foundation Programme Department at the Military Technological College (MTC), will bring together educators from around the globe to share insights, research, and innovative practices in Science and English language teaching.
The conference will feature a dynamic blend of plenary and smaller breakout sessions, fostering in-depth discussions and networking opportunities. Some presentations will be delivered online by esteemed offsite keynote speakers, allowing for diverse perspectives and expertise. The conference will be supported by renowned partners, such as the British Council- Oman and Cambridge University Press & Assessment.

Papers presented at the ICSELL2025 conference within the English, Computing & Education tracks will be published in the MTC Journal as conference proceedings. Meritorious papers may be invited for further development and submission to an indexed journal.
Mathematics / Physics
- All accepted manuscripts will be published in IOP Publishing; Journal of Physics: Conference Series (JPCS) OR Earth and Environmental Science (EES); provides volume data to the abstracting and indexing providers on publication.
- All accepted manuscripts will be abstracted and indexed in Scopus.
- All papers are submitted for evaluation for indexing in Web of Science (CPCI). Web of Science assesses all submitted volumes against their own quality criteria.

Authors who wish to submit their papers in Education, English & Computing Should follow the instructions below:
Interested authors are invited to submit their original papers that has not been published or currently under consideration to be published elsewhere.
Manuscripts should be NO more than 10 full pages including figures, tables, and references. Preferred paper length is between 6 and 8 full pages.
- All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the Conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the conference template and are subject to both review and editing.
- Each paper will be subject to double-blind review by two peer reviewers.
- Accepted papers will be invited for oral presentation at the conference.
- All accepted and presented papers will be published in conference proceedings.
